When talking about Producers, I see a lot cats on here get love. People that have been around for decades like (Preemo, Havoc, Rza, Dre). Other cats like Alchemist, Ye get love. But I find it kinda amazing that Marley Marl don't get the props he deserves. Granted he's not as active relevant as he was 30 years but still.

Have yall forgot the impact he's had on Hip Hop. Lemme put you on to Marley.

Perhaps, but I'm sure he still doesn't get the props he truly deserves for being a pioneer in this game for a few legends. Also, he's done a lot of other work behind the scenes that he doesn't get credit for.

Yah it's weird that tier of producer doesn't get more respect so to speak, I think that his work was long ago and real pioneers like MM never get that big up! I feel it's just this genre tho...
