I am assuming he did have the surgery because the doctor who did it publicly talked about the procedure and that doctor is one of the top sports medicine surgeons in the US who works with organizations in pro football, baseball and basketball plus he is the team doctor for the Los Angeles Dodgers. I can't see him tossing his credibility in the bushes to be complicit in some for Manny Pacquiao.
I just think Manny has blown off all of his rehab and is being delusional with this "Jesus and salt water healed me" bullshyt.
