He was lineal champ in 4 divisions i believe. The rest were paper titles. If you want to compare him historically those 4 lineal titles are the only ones that count.

Mayweather has lineal titles in 4 weight classes :sas2:

And if you can't break down the careers and resumes in intricate detail of guys like Ezzard Charles, Sugar Ray Robinson, Ali, Hank Armstrong...then FOH with this "GOAT" shyt...that goes for Mayweather and Pacquiao fans, most of you are not knowledgable enough to have the discussion, let alone make that claim.

Is Pacquiao even greater than Duran? :jbhmm:

His win over Thurman is probably equal to Duran's win over Barkley...

But who has he beat that was as good as Prime Leonard?

Could Pacquiao go 15 rds with Prime Hagler?:shaq2:

Duran started out at 126 and has wins over top Middleweights

Pacquiao does have a strong case for top 10-15 all-time though.

Brehs, Manny is a solid #2 behind Floyd of this generation, but we saw how none of this shyt that Manny was doing to Keith last night was going on back in 2015 when he was in the ring with Floyd. Knockdowns, powerful rib shots, timing the shyt out of Keith. When he fought Floyd, didn't none of that shyt happen. Floyd G-checked Manny in the first round to let him know what time it was.

Top 5 for sure. Arguments higher than that could be spun in many directions for both sides.

If you take everything into account, their achievements combined with their skills and legacies: Ali, Pacquiao, Roy Jones, Floyd and Ray Robinson will go down in history for what they’ve done.

Top 5 is interchangeable imo, can’t really single out one from that group. They all have grand feats and insane runs. There’s legit argument to call Pacquiao the GOAT, but there’s also legit arguments to call Ali, Ray, Floyd and Roy that too.

He proved last night once again just how great he really is. He was very fast to kick the fight off and took some hard ass shots midway...got walked down and didnt get discouraged. I wonder who he tries to fight next..

Hey isn't Tyson Fury one of those lineal champions? I heard it goes back to the 1800's :troll:
