Had he not been so reckless then eventually injury prone, he would’ve 100% been the first black WWF champ. Vince would foam at the mouth for him constantly on commentary. Dude was explosive and charismatic, and got great reactions despite his promos being lmaoooo.
Him being injury prone killed his career, but the decision to join the Nation of Domination was the first mistake. Dude had all kinds of wars with NOD and joined, and never at all looked right with them.
