have any of you ladies used this or know someone who has? Is it good for our hair; heard it will help with growth as well.

When i was younger we used it but i dont know if it made a difference. Some people swear by it but there is so many better and more natural ways to get healthy growing hair.

I use to use it but only the conditioner.

I damaged my hair because I constantly dyed it so it became very brittle. I noticed it gave it strength, body, and a nice shine. I usually rub it into my scalp then let it steam for 30-40 minutes.

I don't use it anymore because I'm trying to use more natural products on my hair.

It works as a cheap conditioner. I deep condition and mix colors to dye my hair with. It could be drying so I do an olive oil/aloe vera/flax seed gel (whichever I have closest & I mix the 2) rinse afterwards

Yes I've been using it and it's the shyt! I love it. I like the conditioner better than the shampoo.

Yesterday was my wash day and i used shea moisture raw shea butter shampoo and the coconut and hibiscus conditioner and was happy with the results as usual. I may sub the shea shampoo out for the original mane n tale one... @Rusty Kuntz yea i know it was used on horses
