Change gyms breh...
But if u cant make it your last exercise on leg day. And squeeze ur butt before each set for 10secs
How many reps u can do with 100lbs
I would have to go back and look at my log but 4x16 was roughly the neighborhood.

I'll try that this week, good feedback

I never done goblet squats, but I think I'll start with that now.
Do they also increase your normal back squat numbers/are helpful in increasing that ?

I need to start incorporating them more; lately the squat rack is occupied when I go to the gym, which sucks because I usually go during my lunch break, so I'm a little pressed for time. Using the goblet squat might help me stay on course.

Sounds dope, the normal squats are kinda my weakness. My legs are looking very good and all the other exercises are goin easy but for some reason my progress in normal backsquats is wack....
so increasing my strength there would be amazing

Bout to head to the gym soon, should i just do the goblet squats instead of the normal squats ?
Or maybe as a warmup ? Or at the end of the leg workout ?
