I've had shoulder issues for years, on and off issues.

Strength hasn't diminished but lately the pain has gotten worse raising my right arm to press, mainly the delt. In the past I've had sports massages but visited an osteopath and brehs go see one if you have any such issues! Dude looked at me and said your right side is imbalanced, shoulder and right pec is not in line with left side, my whole right arm was out of line and had knots compared to my left which is softer.

He spent an hour popping little bones back into place, got more movement into my shoulder and opened my eyes to how for years I've been over compensating on my right side without knowing.

I also had my back popped properly.

Delt is still not correct but he's attacking that next time and got the rest of me in a better place first.
Alli in all forget sports massage or physio shyt go to an osteopath to sort you out brehs.
