This is why it's important to research your sources.

This woman has a masters in psychology from Harvard but most of her almost 20 years of work experience is in marketing. She's only been a "life coach" for about 4 years. She is still a marketing consultant and puts her masters in psych to work on ways to increase conversion rates for marketing campaigns. She isnt registered with any state mental health boards in America and hasn't passed the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination. She doesn't have the experience to speak on this topic as an expert.

Olesya Luraschi is her name.

Anxiety is a universal thing that can exhibit itself in the same ways regardless of gender. The only thing I will say is the causes can be different, but there is also a lot of causes with significant overlap.

Basically, this hoe is lying.

I can recall mad violent and substance abusing hoes with anger problems. That isn't a man thing. :dahell:
