In Regular MYOL game, we auction off current artists only, meaning you get 2016 Hov, not 96. (mans still a legend, dropping heat, but not with the same hunger) 
In Legends Edition you get to choose any artist, but you get to attach a year to them, or a special tag (Ex: Renegade Eminem, Ether Nas, or 96' Jay-Z, could even be Pump it Up Joe Buddens
)
Players needed:
8-10 labels
3-5 judges
2 Helpers
In this game, get fake money, bid on real artists (and producers) and then Create track lists (albums) for the artists on your label!!! Judges will decide the winner. Join now.
[active players will vote to either keep it strictly hip hop, or to make it all genres]
1. Once we start, everyone will pm me 5 artists plus the name of their label. I will be compiling an auction list based off the names everyone chooses.
2. Same thing with producers. (For every 3 artist rounds there will be 1 producer round.)
3. Everyone will start with $500m (we're running a label, not a thrift store) once an artist/producer is won, you can resell back after the current auction, at a 75% sell back rate.
4. There will be no cap on any artist, but you CANNOT raise bids by more than $30m per bid. (Minimum increment is set at .5M).
5. Any artist that has multiple talents can be used in any manner so long as you have signed the artist to your label. (EX: Travis Scott can produce, make hooks, be featured, or even make a solo album)
6. Artist features/ production credits can be sold to other players or traded in exchange for other features. All trades must be close to, or equal value. (No unlimited features/ production credits allowed)
7. Album covers are welcome, but they won't have any significant effect on the final score, (not everyone is a photoshop master) and it's purely for aesthetics.
8. Judges will determine which albums are better based on Originality, Use of features/production and creativity. (Will be having a discussion with the judges panel to get some feedback on how they would rate the albums) judges will then rank the albums from best to worst.
9. After auction phase, we will enter a freebie draft. *
*The freebie draft will be conducted in Snake Order, will go on about 5-7 rounds, depending on the general consensus. The order will be determined either by a list randomizer, or we can vote best label to worst, with the worst label getting first pick, and so forth.
after freebie draft, players will have some time to get features/production credits/writing credits etc., and start creating their albums. You will be judged on 1 Solo album, 1 collaborative album and 1 group album.
First round will be the solo album,
2nd round the collaborative album,
third round will be the group album,
Every label will go through each round, being awarded points for their position in each round.
1st place = 10 points
2nd place = 9 points
3rd placed = 8 points
Etc.
All results will be added at the end (mario kart style) to determine the winner.
