I think it could go the way of Trish vs Mickie in 06, where the heel gets cheered and wins the belt. And with it in AJ's hometown, I'd be shocked if she doesn't leave Mania with the belt. And then afterwards, you can make her face again.

Even though it would've been fukking perfect to have a face AJ vs a heel Eve instead. But hey, that's WWE Creative for ya.

I don't get this. Completely illogical and WWE seemed to be booking smarter than this.

Could have easily saved it for the ppv, the crowd would have gotten behind Del Rio as a huge underdog and the match probably would have the crowd going crazy.

Del Rio getting the upset then losing to a Dolph cash in at the rumble would have been great tv.
