What gives you the confidence that it's going to be different this year from 2020? If Biden stole the election, why wouldn't he rig it again?

Conservatives are so seriously un-serious about election fraud claims.

If they had legit complaints about the 2020 election they'd move heaven and earth to shut the country down until it was resolved. For the past four years they've been trying to claim victory in 2020 while treating Biden like any other duly-elected Democratic president they don't like.

If it were Obama instead of Biden there would have been a violent, nationwide revolt.

They initially challenged it, but begrudgingly accepted it not long after Hillary conceded and moved on.

They certainly didn't spend 2017-2020 alleging that Trump "stole" the election (moreso that he's corrupt and a criminal, which is true.)

They also didn't lead an insurrection at the nation's capital.

Trump and his campaign tried to collude with the Russians, but couldn't come to terms on how to do so.

This is a fact.

Special Counsel Robert Mueller found several instances of attempted collusion that ultimately didn't pan out.

Because A.) neither "collusion" nor "attempted collusion" are technically chargeable offenses (for some reason), B.) Trump and his admin's behavior was high-key weird but [ostensibly] didn't rise to the standard of obstruction of justice, C.) sitting presidents have presumptive immunity from criminal prosecution, and D.) he's a corrupt lackey, then-Atty. General Bill Barr used his power to quash the Trump-Russia investigation.

This! If Trump loses they will claim its fraud regardless. There is absolutely nothing that can be done to stop that. The election will only be fair to them if Trump wins. They have already planted the seed when asked how they would respond to a Trump lost.
