It's gonna be a rushed video game because they want to sell it fast before GTA 6 dominates the market.

Expect bunch of video game glitches while they keep fixing everything up with patches.

how is it rushed? They probably been working on it for a few years. 6 released in 16, I bet it's been about 4 years of dev time, not counting brainstorming.

Because Mafia 3 had glitches and took them some time to fix. Cyberpunk had enormous amount of glitches as well. Watch Dogs series was glitchy as hell. Them open world games aren't easy to polish.

Mafia 3 still glitched to this day lol, hopefully this one is more polished because I like these games
I don't expect it to be a game without glitching problems. Majority of 3rd person open world GTA-like games had this problem. What engine do those games use?

The GTA franchise itself, they used the GTA 3 engine on Vice City and San Andreas, the GTA 4 engine they used it on GTA 5. Well polished game engines with plenty of money available to fix things.
