Agreement:
-By joining and taking control of an NFL franchise in this league, you are stating that you have read all our rules, agree to follow them and accept any punishment handed down for breaking them. Please don't join until you have read and understood our league rules. Also, please be sim. If you must ask what sim is or what sim means, then maybe this isn't the league for you.
Team Selection:
- Team selection is chosen by a randomizer. There will be no restarts once teams are selected. Upon a new madden teams will be chosen by randomizer in the same way. What happened in prior leagues does not guarantee your team in new leagues. No trades for teams allowed.
Game Rules:
- PS4 All-Madden Sim Style League
- 5 minute quarters, accel clock on
- Created owners only
- Advances every 48 hours at 9 pm est
- Advances every 24 hours during preseason/offseason
- Advance in playoffs immediately follow last game
- Injuries will be off during preseason & advances w/ unplayed games
- Heat seeker/ball hawk turned to off in team settings
- No trading with CPU
Scheduling:
- Coli Thread and Discord will be used for scheduling purposes. You need to be in contact with your opponent early. We are all busy. There is no reason you can’t let your opponent know when you are going to be available. Most of us are on The Coli as well. You can contact in the Discordchat, Discord DM, on PSN, or on Coli. There is no reason for lack for communication.
-If your opponent doesn’t respond and its shown you have tried to play you will be allowed to get a force win or play the CPU if you choose to play. You will get 1 chance to play the CPU if you go that route, so if you have any doubts, just take the force! You need to get approval from the trinity to get the force/cpu option. The point of a league is to play your game first. Don’t try to angle your way into a force. The trinity will decide if you opponent has not replied in a timely manner.
CPU Games:
-If you have a CPU game, you can always take a force. Injuries can be turned off.
-If you choose to play the CPU, you must stream the game, and you must post the stream in the league discord chat. This is not up for debate. You can always take the force instead if you want. You can also supersim through parts or all of your CPU game if you choose.
Playoff Games:
-All playoff games will be required to be streamed. You can use your own Twitch or YouTube, but the game stream needs to be archived so the stream can be viewed after the game is over. At the start of the game need to notify the league in the Discord chat
-Home team is required to stream
-Commissioner will chop up highlights from playoffs for the league website
Position Changes:
- Players may change positions once per season Any additional position changes results in the player being cut and put in Free Agency.
- Position changes can be made at any time.
Trades:
-You can not trade with the CPU under any circumstances. If you do, the trade must be reversed, and we will not be clearing any cap penalties that you suffered during that trade.
-Player to player trades are all allowed. We do not have a trade review or a trade commission. If you got finessed, that is on you. Good luck out there…
Sanctions:
- Punishment for breaking regular infractions such as 4th down rules and trading with CPU is usually going to consist of benching players for a number of weeks. Players and length will be determined by the Trinity.
- More severe infractions will result in actual suspension and being put on auto. This means your opponent can get a force on you or play your CPU. The idea is to keep the league active, so don’t do stupid shyt and we won’t have to resort to this. Infractions like these are getting you close to being replaced in the league.
Gameplay:
- All plays and custom playbooks allowed.
-Must rush 3 defenders at all times. No faq defense. Defenders in QB spy do not count as a rusher.
4th Down Rules:
You must punt or kick field goals on 4th down unless:
-Down 17+ points
-Down 10+ points and in opponents territory
-Anytime within your opponents 10-yard line
-Losing in the 4th quarter
-You have 1 freebie per game besides these situations
