Mr T got his own title belt on
This is like when Ron De Rousey came out and ruined Asuka RR win. They never had a match and Asuka had to quit using her great armbar so Ron could do her shyt version
So they brought Mr. T there in '87 as a "special enforcer", whenever heels would break the rules, he would regulate. They used him for the feud between the Young Stallions and Hart Foundation, T had a rivalry with Danny Davis (the 'heel referee' who became a wrestler managed by Jimmy Hart). Then, he just disappeared from TV and started another show or whatever... guess there was some kinda money dispute or somethin', who knows. I'm guessing it was gonna go somewhere, lead to a match with somebody at Mania IV probably, but it never went that far. It was very brief. Him and Macho never got into any kinda angle, actually Macho was transitioning to a face turn that summer.
