Depends. There's a time and place for machines.ya'll ever use them? or are free weights better
My work outs goes as followed :
Mon-wed : free weights
Thursday cardio
Friday rest of light cardio and abs
Sat - full body work out all machine and some cable
Sunday - cardio and abs
To me I will always try to use machines because they force you to do the exercises the right way.
What's the difference between light cardio and cardio to you?I think i'm doing something wrong cuz i always run 2 miles before every workout ( i go 3 times a week). I'm seeing result, getting more toned but someone told me i should cut the cardio to twice a week and i'll still get the same result.

Well I do a mile before every work out it warms me up.
Light cardio it me is maybe 2 miles and stairs.
Then I do heavy abs.
@MMSex believe cardio should be done on a separate day from lifting.
He rather go hard 2 times a week just all cardio.
I can't do that I just can't lift cold I gotta do cardio.
