Depends. There's a time and place for machines.ya'll ever use them? or are free weights better
My work outs goes as followed :
Mon-wed : free weights
Thursday cardio
Friday rest of light cardio and abs
Sat - full body work out all machine and some cable
Sunday - cardio and abs
To me I will always try to use machines because they force you to do the exercises the right way.
What's the difference between light cardio and cardio to you? I think i'm doing something wrong cuz i always run 2 miles before every workout ( i go 3 times a week). I'm seeing result, getting more toned but someone told me i should cut the cardio to twice a week and i'll still get the same result.

Well I do a mile before every work out it warms me up.
Light cardio it me is maybe 2 miles and stairs.
Then I do heavy abs.
@MMSex believe cardio should be done on a separate day from lifting.
He rather go hard 2 times a week just all cardio.
I can't do that I just can't lift cold I gotta do cardio.
