All those guys are influenced by Mase though. Mase's playful conversational tone wasn't respected back then. People would say he was "slow" and all types of ridiculousness. It wasn't like Cool J because Mase uses that tone 100%. Now there is zero shame in rapping in that tone.

He had an unreleased album on G-Unit Records that everyone forgets about. Also, I remember that Gawdfather was helping him with the pen and not the other way around.

50 wrote songs for mad artists. The secret ghost-written album he wrote was LL Cool J's last Def Jam album, Exit 13 or someshyt it was called -- atrocious album.
