360 was a moderate success because it was about cranking out games. The One failed because they were focused on dominating your living room’s shelf space as an entertainment center. The Series is failing because they’re focused on expanding a corporate infrastructure unnecessarily.

They’re running this thing like it’s anything other than a gaming division
