Why does it feel like this is some corny inside joke between Lupe Fiasco and Donald Glover?

Glover's reply seems like it's mocking Chief Keef's reply to Lupe on Twitter not too long ago. It is the same tweet.

Its just fukked up cause Lupe got mad potential. He got 2 great albums and epic mixtapes. Can u just imagine lupe, kendrick, ab-soul, elzhi, phonte, (a focused freestyle amped up) eminem, royce, skyzoo, logic, nitty scott, and jean grae. On a compilation album with just them.

I feel you. It's just that the rap game is boring as hell right now. You got rappers like wale and j colt begging for respect when rappers in the golden era just took it. I just feel like Lupe had so much potential at one point. He spending way to much time tryna be a smart dumb rebel for no reason at all. He's not even tryin no more.
