Most people buy phones on contract and I will continue to until I have extremely good reason not to. A N4 with no LTE and a glass back is not a good reason, imo.

I won't be getting a Lumina 920 though but I posted this for those who were interested in Windows Phone 8.

The 2 year contract isnt a problem

Its the fact that the phone is refurbished and its a windows phone
