LTTP: LUTHER - aka Idris Elba should be in everything (But Bond)

so I watched series 1-3 this weekend
What an incredible show!

The US really should not remake this show, well unless Idris Elba is playing Luther, even then American audiences would fail this show.

Between the acting, the characters, the fukked up plots (oh and the music) what a perfect product of television viewing. If you seen the name before, LUTHER, and never watched? Do do now, even if you're at work. This guy should be anything and everything but Bond

Now now, before anyone comes through like this

James Bond is very action orientated, dude runs a lot........and IMO....Elba runs funny, he is too big to not run like big foot. I'm all for him playing Roland in the gunslinger though

I think Idris cuts the profile of Bond when he sits still, but he is kind of deliberate and clunky naturally. i see the argument.

BUT he's a great actor and could overcome this easily. make that man 007
