The T-Rex in like 3 of them :damn:

Raptors :damn:

Crazy witch doctors :damn:

The invincible prisoner in the 3rd game :damn:

The Flying samurais :damn:

I was so shook of the city of the dead level on revelations that I skipped it as soon as it loaded :whew: same with that abandoned theme park in Egypt.

Haven't beaten any of them til this day :snoop:

I could see that

because they wouldn't make much noise and because of the camera angle, I use to jump when those animals would come out of nowhere :damn:

These two levels sound tracks by themselves had me shook, I had to ask my dad to play through them when I was a kid.

Not to mention in Tomb Raider III when those Shiva statues come to life out of nowhere and start coming at you.

I feel you man. Went through the first two last year for the first time and was gripping the controller tightly every minute. I'm easily startled by jump scares, so to me, the early Tomb Raider games were a lot scarier than the early Resident Evil games.

Every time I had to swim underwater :sadcam:

Because there were crocodiles, sharks, eels, pretty much everything, and it was always dark underwater, so that increased the claustrophobia levels. Remember the 40 Fathoms level from Tomb Raider 2?

:whew:

And there was one moment in Tomb Raider 2 that was scarier than any Silent Hill game. It's when you have to go into this pitch black cave and all you hear are yeti screams in the background. You literally can't see shyt, and it's only when you light up the torches do you realize all the yetis are locked up in cages, but the sound design makes you think they're surrounding you. shyt was creepy as fukk. And you still have to let them out of their cages and kill them to progress. :pachaha:

Oh yeah, and don't get me started on the mutants at the end of the first game.

These games are extremely underrated when it comes to delivering the scares.
