I just rewatched a couple of episodes. Maxine, Laura and Myra was all fine as hell. There's this revisionism where it's "Myra was badder than LAUARA!"

She admitted that Myra was objectively better looking than Laura, which we both agreed made it funny when Urkel kept curving her for Laura. It's definitely subjective. Because I don't see the gap anymore, upon rewatches. Laura was gorgeous as was Maxine and Myra. I don't think there was enough of a gap for everyone to feel it was egregious that Steve chose Laura over Myra. The comedy(as you said) was in Steve I guess "curving" someone as fine as Myra.
I agree it is subjective, you prove it right here. Still, when you go with stuff like that, you go with what the majority see. There will always be outliers who think something is better compared to the majority of people who sees it. Still, from our perspective and I will posit the perspective of most people Myra was significantly superior in looks compared to Laura. If I had to give a number to it, Laura was a 6 while Myra was more like an 8. Here, let everyone here judge for themselves.
