after I was rear ended. pause

already attempted chiropractor. helped a bit but backpain back in full force.

remedies/ relief.. how?

A wheelchair and rest to stop aggravating the lower back?

Maybe you need to visit a sports physiotherapist from the private sector or come to the UK and get it looked at for free by the NHS.

That happened to me a few years ago, same injury from same type of accident

I went to the gym and kept flushing new blood in my back, it helped out the pain and healing alot
