Starting to realize I have a lower back issue. Not sure if it's a muscle issue or a pinched nerve. I first noticed it years ago when running. To this day, I find it hard to run beyond a mile. Its bit because I'm winded, but my back starts to hurt. It's a really numb nagging pain. I will eventually get it checked out, but what are some exercises or stretches I can do to relieve this in the interim?
