Starting to realize I have a lower back issue. Not sure if it's a muscle issue or a pinched nerve. I first noticed it years ago when running. To this day, I find it hard to run beyond a mile. Its bit because I'm winded, but my back starts to hurt. It's a really numb nagging pain. I will eventually get it checked out, but what are some exercises or stretches I can do to relieve this in the interim?

Injured my back over 11 years ago.

I can still feel that injury almost 24/7

Of course it ranges from very slight tightness, to actual discomfort, all the way up a oh shyt I fukked it up again type of pain.

Just something I have to manage the best I can.

Yoga, Chiro, Massage, Rest, Ice, Heat, etc
