The pacing of movies like The Sting and Butch and Sundance helps them age so well. You could throw them on cable today and they wouldn't feel out of place. Three Days of the Condor is fire as well, one of the best spy thrillers ever made.
Low key a lot of those Robert Redford movies of the 60s and 70s are still rewatchable today
