get the respect they deserve. They came out during the 90's Golden Era and released a solid album. Too bad it was bootlegged the fukk out of. nikkas had it a year before it dropped lol. Besides all the business politics and internal issues. They made great music.

Had the streets going crazy with this track...

Next to "all i need" as greatest ghetto love song

and the Classic...

This is what caused the ending...LOL at the retard in teh back

like I said 90's golden era...theres a golden era for all generations...this album was done in 94. I also did the dance LOL. Great music none the less...how would you pair them up against Mobb Deep during the same time period?

1996 wasn't the golden era and they were a party group. the 2 gold records are plenty props enough. I do legit love those big singles off the first record though. And i'm guilty of doing the Lost Boyz dance on a few occasions.

Right...they are pretty much where they deserve to be as far as recognition goes. If you were around/paying attention that year those singles were undeniable, that first album was pretty damn dope...don't gotta make it more serious than that.

You wouldn't/shouldn't.

It's a valid question. I feel. Legal Drug Money would've made a bigger impact had it not been bootlegged for over a year. Imagine the impact infamous would've had if it was bootlegged for over a year...

the pairing up with Mobb Deep is the actual beef that went down between the two crews which the way i heard Mobb DESTROYED the LB Fam that day. I heard about that shyt the week it happened.
