Go to MMSex guide and pm him with questions. As a starter, you should get your cardio up and watch your diet. Start counting your calories and you'll see how much you should cut and trust me you can cut them man. I m in the same boat except I already have the mass

Check out the @MMSex sticky thread

Be realistic however breh, 60 pounds in four months is aggressive. Slower with better better comp isn't a bad thing.

Yeah It is realistic to lose 60 pound.... But you wont have "lean muscle" built on by May.... Lose the weight first through calorie counting and cardio with some high rep weight training.... and then once you lose the amount of weight you want, start lowering the reps and raising the weight that you're lifting...

Cut out everything that is WHITE(Bread, etc..), No sugars, small percentage of fats...

Only eat carbs around the time you are working out(within 2 hours)... Post work out(Sweat potatoes, brown rice, etc.), or Pre workout(Oatmeal)...

It should take you 9 months to a year imo to cut the weight and build lean muscle.... Like someone else said, slow and steady wins the race...

I'm trying to lose 15 pounds.
I got a knee injury last month so I back off on leg workouts for a couple of weeks. I've slowly been getting back into it. I got up to 215 lbs. squats for 5 reps. I start warm-ups with 20 lbs fixed-weight barbells. It's a pretty low starting weight, but I'm in rehab mode.
I'm not rushing it either. But, I was able to get squats in 135, 155, 175, and 195 lbs for 10 reps each set. I didn't feel it was worth trying for 225 lbs.
Anyway, I'm cutting out my night eating. Today, I weighed in the lowest I have been for this month so I feel good about that.

- go hard on compound exercises like full squats, deadlifts, cleans, chins and dips 3 days a week.
- do intervals running/walking with the treadmill or rowing machine for 30 mins tops the other 3 days in the week.
- download the fitness tracking apps on your phone.
- keep your carbs low but your proteine intake high.
- ignore the fitness instructors at your gym.
- don't buy bullshyt like muscle milk.
- incorporate a cheat day in the weekend, or be smart and eat dirty from saturday afternoon to sunday morning.

Keep it cheap, fun and simple to embrace your new lifestyle. That's all the tips I have, good luck.

@MMSex has the ultimate guide. i've found myself viewing his thred more than once. you main focus should be your diet if you're trying to drop that kinda weight.

I didn't mean it isn't achievable but he could go slower and look better long term. Going from 242 where he is now can make people think he lost an entire person.

That said 50 in two months? How in the fucc? What weight to what weight?
