Probably won't go to jail but all the texts he showed proved they had an ongoing sexual relationship which both parties agree on. That doesn't mean she couldn't have been assaulted at some point. She has posted a text exchange where she's telling Shannon she's been crying since their last encounter where he took the condom off and did anal despite her saying not to and that "no means no." His response was "can I call you later?"
