What OP and the tweet left out was the guy was there telling Hillary Clinton it was her and her family fault for mass incarceration.
Her response wasn’t her telling him about policy, no. She was dismissing him and right before that he asked her to apologize and list what she did wrong then explain what she’s doing different. What she learned
