Can't move to NoVA because Youngkin doesn't have that much power anymore and as we saw with the Potomac Yard arena, people ain't gonna go for it.

The VA sites are all awful.

It's going to come down to RFK Stadium or the Landover, Maryland site getting a brand new retractable roof stadium on the current site and demolishing the old stadium.

Moving the practice facility from Ashburn, VA to Landover, MD is also in the cards because the Harris ownership group owns the 200 acres of land there.
