Maybe they should have been told this year, "YOU ARE STILL HEROES!" 
Pandemic or No Pandemic, this was going to happen. The Pandemic just sped it up, because it forced the corporations to make changes, instead they went back to normal. So good, strike.
I hope they not low skill workers cause we just took in some refugees and got more crossing the southern border along with a long line of asylum seekers.
