my advice? sign up at a gym populated with older people, with empty weight room. shyt i used to train over at charter/cardinal but too many groups of young dudes runnin around hogging up the fukking equipment. my gym now got old people that go in, cute ass younger broads, occasional lifters but the weight room is empty as fukk and
now for a lifting program?. start something like starters strength (ss) or madcows 5x5. personally i dont follow a program, just do what i can to get the muscles stimulated and moving, then tear em apart.
