Looking to get into the smartphone came...will the S4 be worth it?

I was really amped for the S4 until I read this. Is it worth it? Should I grab the galaxy note 2 or S3 instead?

If you are dead set on a Galaxy and don't already have an S3, I don't see any reason not to get the S4. I have an S3 and that article seems to be directed a people like me, but I already came to the conclusion that I wouldn't upgrade to the S4 because the S3 does more than what I need it to do.

But if I were fresh off the street, I'd get an S4.
