Looking for dress shoes for work

I'm looking for some nice leather dress shoes (for the office) that will last. I bought this pair of dockers about 6 months ago, and the shyts are already falling apart.

don't get rubber soled oxfords...they look tacky and as you have learned the quality is blah unless you talking $300 and up for cole haan. Aldo also has a few good ones.
