looking for a new deep fryer... put me on

so my old fryer is on its way to the dumpster.. whats new in the fry game? put me on

i tried air fryers but the one i got caught on fire. they were kinda stupid lets be honest here.. nothing can replace a good deep fryer. NOTHING.

and please save any comments about my heart or how unhealthy it is... i know. its a once in a while thing..

I use a propane wok burner on the patio. Used it to make stirfries but quickly realize you can put a Dutch oven on and fry wings. The wok actually works well for frying too.
