If the position was held in any esteem by voters Boris never would have got a look in. That he was up against Livingston was a factor but I'd say not as crucial as his wacky persona and people voting for him because it'd be a laugh. Any serious questioning and this is what you get.

You watching the documentary on bbc 2 later on tonight? Hopefully it's as brutal as that interview was yesterday.
