How did you drop those pounds?
I followed 28 Days to Lean Meal Plan
Though loosely..more of a guideline. I cut out all the bullshyt carbs.
A simple breakfeast of oatmeal eggs,egg whites,fruit
-Chicken,turkey,or occasionally steak for lunch with veggies
-Chicken with rice(or potato),veggies for dinner.
I would eat a cheat meal once a week, if I snacked it would be on fruit with pistachios or once in awhile some honey mustard pretzels (

I also walk just about everywhere good exercise and great way to talk to women
