How did you drop those pounds?
Dieting.

I followed 28 Days to Lean Meal Plan

Though loosely..more of a guideline. I cut out all the bullshyt carbs.

A simple breakfeast of oatmeal eggs,egg whites,fruit
-Chicken,turkey,or occasionally steak for lunch with veggies
-Chicken with rice(or potato),veggies for dinner.

I would eat a cheat meal once a week, if I snacked it would be on fruit with pistachios or once in awhile some honey mustard pretzels (:ohlawd: ) But honestly it's portions...I made enchiladas but didn't go overboard with the salt or cheese for example.


I also walk just about everywhere good exercise and great way to talk to women :steviej: especially when i'm downtown. I'll just go downtown smoke a joint and walk around. I need to hit the gym though...don't wanna get too flabby from weight loss. My chest could use some tightening up:pachaha:.

My arms and legs are skinny but my stomach is huge. Ima really focus on the dieting and cut down all the stuff and get rid of it once and for all
