I think I need to rewatch the flick. I remember loving the concept but hating the execution. just felt like the scenes dragged out too long, the plot went nowhere and the director somewhere along the line couldn't figure out what point he was making.

Oh no you're right. None of it really made sense.
Its still enjoyable during certain parts of the movie. Especially for the nostalgia of late 90s NY
