my Logitech G400 mouse was acting up recently. basically it would start disconnecting randomly. I could move the wire and see the red optical light turning on and off. honestly it was probably from me dropping it so many times. anyway I contacted their support cause it was still under warranty. they ran me through the usual shyt: try another usb, another computer, etc. I already knew it was a hardware issue, but I played their game, and of course none of it helped. I let them know, they asked for my address, and just sent me a brand new (in box) mouse. they even said they don't want the old one back. I thought for sure I'd have to send the broke mouse in, and then wait for them to send me some refurbished crap. but nope, pretty much no questions asked and a brand new mouse
