To do something about all this wasteful spending. As of May 21st, the 4 highest payrolls in the game are all in last place. The Yanks and Sox are tied for last, Angels, and Phills. This needs to be discussed, where is Logic when you need him.

I don't get how these teams being in the position they're currently in proves the point that a cap is needed when the teams who aren't spending are on top, which proves MORESO that a cap is NOT needed.
