nah, he got that build coming into these games. maybe not on a phelps four years ago level, but they been setting the table like he was gonna do work because he'd been dedicated since the last games whereas phelps took 2 years off. pressure burst pipes.

Yeah he's was talking real greezy and now he blew the lead to relay and just finished 4th in the 200m freestyle, makes what Phelps did in 2008 even more amazing
