sued out of existence by local broadcasters for threatening their retransmission fees. They made it too easy to get local channels, that are available for free already, without the use of an antenna.

It's funny that these channels are available for free but they really don't want you to access them that way. They make hundreds of billions on retransmission fees from cable, satellite, and streaming TV providers.
