why is cutting out juice hard??? just drink water lmao. i rarely drink juice or soda. only when i go out to restaurants.

I'm short (5'10) but I have a solid symmetrical face, and a good (enough) build. I've never been desperate for attention from females. These Height Queen females aren't relationship/marriage material anyway.

Be a full inch taller than the average male, and six inches taller than the average female, and call yourself short breh's. :beli:

Exercise only accounts for about 15-20% of weight loss. It's all about losing more calories than you consume. I got into some health shyt a few years back that caused me to gain some weight. I've lost 15lbs of that and I haven't jogged an inch. I don't drink soda/juice that often and don't eat all the carbs. Low carb diet and you'll lose weight. The only part about dieting for most folks is they don't have the discipline to sustain it.
