I started watching wrestling in 2008, X-Seven is the only retro one I watched in full but I'm just gonna make a list from 24 to 37. Not a top 10 tho, I'm only gonna mention those that I consider really good and noteworthy)
1. XXX (HHH vs. Bryan, Wyatt vs. Cena, the shock of the streak ending, Bryan vs. Orton vs. Batista)
2. XXIV (Finlay vs. JBL, MITB, HBK vs. Flair, Cena vs. Orton vs. HHH, Undertaker vs. Edge)
3. 31 (Orton vs. Rollins, IC Title Ladder Match, Sting vs. HHH, Cena vs. Rusev, Reigns vs. Lesnar, Rollins cash-in)
4. XXVIII (Undertaker vs. HHH, Jericho vs. CM Punk, Rock vs. Cena)
5. XXVI (MITB, Edge vs. Jericho, Cena vs. Batista, HBK vs. Taker II)
6. 37 (Lashley vs. McIntyre, Cesaro vs. Rollins, Belair vs. Banks, Edge vs. Reigns vs. Bryan)
25 and 35 are one match shows (HBK vs. Taker and Kngston vs. Bryan)
I would say the best ones from before I started watching are VIII, X, X-Seven, XIX, XX, 22 and 23 based on the cards and the matches I've seen.

That's probably my top 2. i'd have to contemplate some more to do a whole ten.
WM 30 and WM 31 was a very good era for WM's.. Last year's was the best probably since 31

I would need to go back to visit some of the earlier Mania’s to make a through list, but 17 and 19 are easily two of my favorites. 20 would be on that list too. 30 would possibly be somewhere between 6-9 on a top ten list.
