Monday
Tuesday
Saturday - My energy level is probably at it's peak on Saturday mornings
Thursday
Wednesday - usually an off day after down back to backs on Mon/Tue
Sunday
Friday - Perhaps the best day to go. The few times i've gone I have the 98% of the place to myself
