Piggyback from the "When do you work out" thread...

In order from most frequent to least:

Monday
Tuesday
Saturday - My energy level is probably at it's peak on Saturday mornings
Thursday
Wednesday - usually an off day after down back to backs on Mon/Tue
Sunday
Friday - Perhaps the best day to go. The few times i've gone I have the 98% of the place to myself

Monday-Friday
The gym I go to is too packed on Saturdays and I refuse to do anything on a Sunday, that my day to rest.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, in that order.

Saturdays are for soccer. Sunday is rest. Wednesday I usually use as a toss up. Either I play soccer (when I have a league) or just use it as a "free" day after work to complete other work.

I pretty much go Monday-Friday and rest on the weekend. But if I'm fatigued it's usually Wed because I do squats and deadlifts Monday and Tuesday Wed is usually just GPP.

Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday is when I do 5/3/1 followed by accessory lifts and jump rope. If I do anything on Wednesday or Saturday it’s just fasted walking first thing in the morning. Sunday’s a rest day no matter what.
