Long time world renown rock band Linkin Park are on the verge of releasing a brand new remix album appropriately titled Recharged. While the October release includes brand new reworks from the likes of Datsik, Schoolboy, Tom Swoon, and more, the band has teamed up with Steve Aoki for the album’s only original production. The collaboration between one of electronic music’s poster boys and a group that has maintained relevancy for nearly two decades serves as a mastered crossing of genres. Steve Aoki and Linkin Park each bring their best to the table and the final product, “A Light That Never Comes,” is electro-rock that makes genre recognition difficult — almost curating a brand of sound on its own.

I stopped after Hybrid Theory. Was the only good album to me. Might reinvest some focus in their catalog.

Reincarnated was a good remix album, so I gave this a chance....eh, I do like the Pusha T track though.
