Lil Wayne Announces Lil Weezyana Fest, Hot Boys Reunion

Lil Weezyana fest will reportedly reunite Lil Wayne and the Hot Boys on stage in New Orleans.




Lil Wayne has done a lot of things in his nearly two-decade-long career, but he's never thrown a festival. With the announcement of Lil Weezyana Fest, Wayne can now check that off his long list of accomplishments.

Cortez Bryant (the rapper's manager) shared the news today on Instagram, revealing that the event will be hosted in Weezy's hometown of New Orleans, and will take place on Aug. 28 at Bold Sphere Music.

The lineup is billed as "Lil Wayne and Friends," but a few of those friends are reported to be the other members of the Hot Boys (save for B.G., one would think).

Seeing that Wayne just paired up with Tidal, we wouldn't be surprised if the show was streamed through the service, but so far there's been no confirmation that will be happening.
