i strength train first and then swim.
but how much are you talking about swimming and are you new to it? if you're not an avid swimmer already your muscles will be spent after doing laps. so you should probably lift first....
I lift and swim on different days. If I go the same day I get elbow tendonitis.
Lift first. You lose a lot of energy in water (includes Sauna, steam rooms)and this will affect your lifting.
really? i sauna to warm my body up before i lift. im inthere for about 2-5 minutes depending on my day before then. alot of the time i feel after i get out.
then i steam after my work out for another feeling
