The book this is based on was required reading in like 5th or 6th grade. Really strong themes on religion and whatnot for kids that age. Was my favorite book for a long time. A lot of the greatness of it comes from self realizations and conversations the main character had with himself. Dunno how that'll translate well to the big screen, but I have high hopes. Trailer is great

i also thought the book was great. i HOPE they bring some of those themes into the movie but im hyped just off the visuals alone
