I could be wearing a full on suit, when you got traps that shrug 495.

Yeah my traps are on point but I ain't never shrugged 495. Just high pulls. The shoulder/neck area in general in General is the key. That's why I do so much handstand push-up work, which is also why GSP has a yoked trap area at such a low weight.The key = traps.

High pulls I feel activate them way better.
I'm still shrugging right now to work my grip simultaneously. My Deadlifts are stalling cause of failed grip
