Only keen eyes can tell that I lift with a shirt...when it's a sleeveless or long sleeve it's automatic.

I know I'd be most shredded at 195-200 but I cease to look like I lift at 210. fukk that. :camby:

The key = traps.

I could be wearing a full on suit, when you got traps that shrug 495.

Yeah man. I think it's about shirts that fit to size, shrugs, and making sure the shoulders are on point to go with those traps. I have broad shoulders, so I guess that helps quite a bit.

Yeah my traps are on point but I ain't never shrugged 495. Just high pulls. The shoulder/neck area in general in General is the key. That's why I do so much handstand push-up work, which is also why GSP has a yoked trap area at such a low weight.

High pulls I feel activate them way better.

I'm still shrugging right now to work my grip simultaneously. My Deadlifts are stalling cause of failed grip:beli:

Take the route that leads to better health benefits.

Let's be honest, when trying to look big and stocky I could careless about my diet despite being relatively in shape and "active"

:hula:

Whereas when I'm going for the more ripped approach, I tend be a bit more precocious about the fuel that I allow into my body.

I don't want to be too big. When I started college I couldn't have been more than 155lbs. I'm at ~210 now and while I am strong I could probably lose 30lbs and retain all my muscle. I would definitely love to hover around a shredded 175-180. I miss playing ball and cycling.
